Bacteria Battery No 5 is an art-science installation created in collaboration by artists Rasa Smite, Raitis Smits, Martins Ratniks from RIXC and Voldemars Johansons, as well as biologist Arturs Grudulis from Latvian University. The installation is part of a larger project called BIOTRICITY and was exhibited in RIXC Media Space in the framework of ART+COMMUNICATION 2012 -The XIV International Festival for New Media Art
