Greg Surges is a composer and improviser of electronic and acoustic music, based in San Diego, CA. His work has been released on the Petcord, Wandering Ear, and Digitalbiotope labels, and his research and music have been presented at the International Computer Music Conference in Belfast, Ireland, the SPARK Festival in Minneapolis, and the 2010 SEAMUS National Conference. He will begin doctoral studies in computer music at UC San Diego in Fall 2011, after completing a MM in Composition and Technology at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
