This is a list of Max and MSP objects that support Max 5 time value syntax.

delay time can be fixed or tempo-relative
quantization is tempo-relative
makenote
duration can be fixed or tempo-relative (must be single-valued)
metro, clocker, qmetro
interval can be fixed or tempo-relative
quantization is tempo-relative
autostarttime is tempo-relative (position)
speedlim
interval can be fixed or tempo-relative
quantization is tempo-relative
pipe
delay time can be fixed or tempo-relative (must be single-valued)
timepoint
trigger is tempo-relative (position)

output can be in ticks
translate
converts from any fixed or relative time value to any other fixed or relative time value

no time-based values accepted, but listed here because it synchronizes plug-in with transport
