I'm playing with some specific frequencies and I need to add the MIDI note into the piano roll in Ableton Live. I know the new version has some new tuning systems, but it is yet limited to the MIDI range. 

My question is, how can a precise frequency be defined in MIDI representation and then put into the piano roll?

I have something like this, but it is not the best solution yet. And it is missing the instruction to put the MIDI event into the Piano Roll.

The second part of the question is. When I adjust the pitch bend of a MIDI note, how can I prevent it from being corrected when another MIDI note appears with a new pitch bend instruction in the same MIDI channel?
