Hi! New to Max / MSP so would appreciate some help. Searched the web + forum and wasn't able to find an answer.

I'm using groove~ + waveform~ to create a live performance / texture creator sampler, using mode 2 to move the loop selection around in real-time with the mouse. I'd like to make it so that when the loop selection moves from one to another part of the waveform, it crossfades so that there aren't any audible clicks.

For those who might be familiar with ppooll, there's a patcher called 'gg.rainer' which does this; I've been unable to reverse engineer that but it does what I've been trying to do. 

Ideally I'd love to have even more control where I can specify the amount of cross-fade that happens, but I'd be happy just to get it working to begin with.
