How could I create a tempo synced counter in max 4 live that would count from 0 to 1 every bar, that would still run when a song is not playing but as soon as a song plays in ableton the counter jumps back to 0?

this works great! What do the two 0s do? and how would I change the speed with a live.tab like this? I tried this setup but it didnt work
