Hi,

i suppose it’s very simple but…
what is the best method to draw 2 frame circles and 2 crosses ?

each can move independently. (controlled by mouse, trackpad, joystcik, …)

thx.

You could use sprites in [lcd]-

Hi,

Thx you very much.
Unfortunately I need it in a jitter context.
It seems there is no sprites for [jit.lcd].

Do you know how to do it with [jit.lcd] or maybe better with [jit.gl.sketch] ?

thx.

You can search for circle outline in forums…

jit.gl.sketch?

the help file shows how to do this.
post a patch if you’re having trouble getting it to work.

yep jit.gl.sketch.
but :
- circle is not perfect even i try shapeslices. how does it work ?
- do i need to use one jit.gl.sketch for each element (2 crosses – 2 circles) ?

- using a psd file is not a good solution ?
- in that case what is the method to drive only the shape ?

here’s on left what i want to achieve, on right the jit.gl.sketch attempt :

sorry for the noise i got it with jit.gl.texture -> jit.gl.slab -> jit.gl.videoplane.

but unfortunately it doesn’t solve the initial problem.
how to get a nice outline circle with a changeable width ?
thx.

line_width $1 ?

yes i know "line_width" is already in the patch but the problem is the circle is not perfect.
as I said previously trying shapeslices doesn’t seem to work.
