I search collection of 242 objects and Nato collection for windows I would like to use 242.Str object in a patcher. Do you know where I find it ?

Her Nezvanovaness made it pretty clear, back in her heyday, that XP was not going to happen to Nato. Things can change, but this one has, I think, not.

Nato was exciting while it lasted, but you can probably find something else that will provide the functionality you need.
