Max-built applications are Universal Binary for Intel and PPC by default. File >> Build Application. See the Max tutorials. Make sure your save location is somewhere on the boot partition or it won’t run.

Not all externals are UB. Could be a problem there. Are you using any custom libraries?

no, im using only the ones supplied with 4.6.3… no externals at all… sience i have only one partition i guess i could not go wrong with saving it on the wrong place, no? (regarding boot location)

i made it on my intel macbook, and tried to run it on a g4 ibook running an older version of os x (not sure which, but maybe 10.2 or somthn..) and after i clicked the app nothing happend….

Universal Binary apps require OS X 10.3.9 or higher (and generally 10.4 or higher is a safer bet).

:) should have thought about it… thanks! so i guess there would be no way to bypass this, (taking in count that it must stay an application)
