I'm trying to wrap my head around using the poly~ object for synthesis, but I can't get the midinote message to work properly. I looked through the forums and help files, but I couldn't find an answer. I made a simple test patch which sends overlapping midi notes to the poly every second, so that there should be two notes playing at a time. I prepend the list (Pitch and velocity) with 'midinote' and send it to the poly~, but the second instance never gets any note data.

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
