Would it be possible to re-introduce the "nosymquotes" message for [textedit]?

I'm working an a Max 5 project ATM, and I'm guessing this message got lost somewhere between v4 and 5.

Although the message does exist in Max4.6.3, I can't find it in the documentation. It's alway dangerous to rely on undocumented features ;-)

It may have been undocumented, but it's insanely useful. Can we have it back, pretty please?
