It seems in version 4 there was a way to view individual libraries without having to scroll through all the myriad possibilities of what you’re looking for. I am sure it is something right under my nose.

if you make a new object in unlocked mode (on windows you just press ‘n’ on the blank part of the patch) then hover the mouse over the left part of the object, a little blue equals (=) sign pops up, click that to get the objcets list
