I find really useful 'save as project' function but it would be great to permit supplementary hierarchies.

Inside 'patchers' of a project, for example, I'd like to have different categories for the functions developed by the patchers (e.g. folder for 'poly'. folder for 'expression', folder for 'synth' etc.).

But at present, every time I save a file related to the projects, everything moves to the first level disappearing from the custom subfolders.

I hope it's not a great issue to add that.

Have you try to uncheck the "Keep Project Folder Organized"
