Hi, i would apreciate greatly if anyone had any advice for me concerning the following problems.
I need to do the following…..
Normalized Histogram Calculus
After having explored the notion of a histogram and described its properties and application a simple model shall be implemented. The patch ‘listens’ to the keys 0-9 of the keyboard being pressed and promptly updates the histogram that is shown using the multislider object. The values must be normalized such that the highest occurrence yields the maximum representable value i.e. a full bar.
After having explored the cross-correlation signal processing technique and having described its properties and application a simple model shall be implemented. The patch calculates and plots the cross-correlation curve after receiving a bang. Too ten point signals input with two multisliders are cross-correlated and the result is presented on a third multislider.
If anyone could set up an example of either using MAXMSP that would be great. If not, an explaination of what i need would also be apreciated
