ANN: Software Klee Step Sequencer, version 2

I’m happy to announce the latest version of my Max/MSP-based software Klee step sequencer, for Mac and Windows.

I’m proud of several things in this new version, including a MIDI learn function for external hardware/software CC-based control, that I think is as easy to use as any big-name commercial DAW, etc., and just uses built in Max functionality. I made a little YouTube vid that shows it off:

There’s lots more video demos on the site, and there’s a free demo version available as well. If you’re not familiar with the awesome Klee sequencer, the fundamental thing that makes it unique is that you can have more than one “step” running at any one time; so instead of just one LED moving across the steps of your sequence, you can have more than one. There’s lots more than that, and a ton of details of course, but that’s the main difference.
