The Browser in Max 6 was a great idea, but is too half-baked to be of any use for me-- What little it offers over the Finder is not implemented in a way that gets enough of out it, IMO. Editing the search areas on the side, as well as completing the tagging system and providing some kind of auto-population are essential in my mind. For me, this is desperately needed-- If I'm looking for a solution to a problem with a list, for example, there is really no semi-efficient way I can find to zero-in on all the abstractions and externals in the Max path that I and you all have already made. Anyone know if this feature is going anywhere? Not much refinement in any of the v6 updates. Or am I missing something already existing?
