I know it has been asked already and I've read all the posts about it in this forum but I still cant figure it out...

How can I translate the apple script to osascript? Since my understanding is that apple script doesn't work with Shell...

I got iTunes working but aside from opening and closing safari nothing worked.

osascript -e 'tell application "safari" to set websiteurl to 

Can anybody explain me how to effectily translate from one to the other?
