Attachments don't work in the forum

Some of you have probably already noticed this, but for some reason, attachments don't work in the forum. Although the dialogue is there, and it would *appear* that attachments can be made, they don't seem to go through. Ditto for attachments on posts to the mailing lists. Mailing list subscribers will see them, but they disappear when they get to forum.

We're working on fixing this, but until it's fixed, please try to avoid using attachments (please post links instead, if possible) and definitely post your patches inline. I don't imagine this will be too huge of a burden on anyone, and it will help those using the forums and RSS feeds to understand your message more clearly.
