I just wanted to know how can I integrate a DSP Status into my standalone.

When I try to open it I get “no ubu menu” error messages

But wait – DSP Status should not have an ubumenu in it… have you modified yours? Or maybe the problem is somewhere else. please elaborate to get more help.

When I tried the include DSP status I was not able to open the window at all.

Try adding an abstraction to your patch called “DSP Status” with the
quotes. and it will include every objects necessary for it. I didn’t
try though.

I wand the abstraction to be hidden.

I managed to incorporate a DSP statud from max/msp 4.6.3 but I dont think that this is a real solution to my problem

Also when I go to About Max menu I get an epty window with (fpic) message

If I wand to use a specific Font in a text box in my standalone how can I ensure that this will be used correctly in other computers that might not have this font installed?

Either you uses images, or you provide the font with the standalone
(which probably means that you need to make an installer, in order to
make sure that the font will be properly installed).

No. You’ll have to use platform specific installer applications that
comes with the OS such as PackageMaker on Mac.
