There probably is such an object, and as per usual I've probably completely overlooked it, but, is there an audio-rate answer to the tirelessly useful [expr]? e.g. supposing I wanted a calculation something in the order of (out~)=(in1~)^(in2~) etc? I could of course use [number~] prior to [expr] but that's defeating the point somewhat...

there was a third party expr~ but i think its gone.

this is a fudge but it works for a base to a power using the signal layer

...and this is why I aint no class mathematician - I would never have dreamt of using the decibel scale in such a fashion! Genius solution, thanks.
