I have a question about how to get maximal color value in each frame of a video. I mean the color trend in one frame, such as blue, red, or yellow. Is there anybody know how to do it?

For now, I have one way to track color is to use suckah, and click one point in the video, you will get RGB in the clicked pixel. But how to automatic click the video? I also think this is not a good way to get the maximal color value in each frame of a video.
