Basic jit.window inssue
I'm extremely new with jitter and am trying to eventually perform linked audio/video with max for live and jitter, simple problem I'm sure, but I get an error message when I put in a jit.window saying it can't be created and that I'm possibly "out of memory?", but my memory is fine so I'm not sure where the problem lies. I'm using OSX 10.5.8 fyi, thanks!
Its hard to know what the problem is specifically without more details or a patch. Do the Jitter tutorial patches work fine?
I should've mentioned that, I was learning this off of the tutorials and the jit.window object appeared grayed out. jit.pwindow works fine and I can even get audio out of jit.window, but the display itself never shows up.
Hmm, try this patch and keep an eye on the Max window and let me know what happens
try downloading latest version of max and reinstalling. that will usually fixes weird problems like this.
I am having the same issue (jit.window object grayed out, even in the tutorials).
@scatalogic: I tried your patch above. The window within the patcher played the video just fine, but no external window opened for the jit.window object, which is still grayed out.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Did you try downloading latest version and reinstalling?
