Any patches/video tutorials I can view to create sounds? Most of the ones I've looked at are way too complicated for me to understand.

I want to create a sound clip representing meditation. It would begin with loud, unpeaceful sounds and progress to a calm, harmonic feel.

this question is far too broad; can I suggest that you begin by learning how to generate simpler sounds using, for example, [sfplay~], [groove~], [triangle~] and by looking in the Cycling74/examples folder. Unfortunately this forum is not designed for short cuts to project completion, but for advice on specific or at least less broad topics; start by looking at the MSP tutorials and helpfiles that come with Max too.
