"Body Projection " in Jitter ?

I was wondering how I can make "body projection" effect in which the dancers bodies reflects different projected image from the background screen, as in the the following example at around 1:00.

Any idea ?

I guess using a kinect camera along with OSCeleton could at least give you the skeletal points from where you can control effects with

I am not sure how well the Kinect can track if your aim is to do it in the dark like the video

You could use an infrared sensitive camera with IR filter and IR illuminators to pick up the dancers (Sony camcorders’ "nighshot" mode works like this). With an IR filter, the camera wouldn’t see the video content at all. Then try something like OpenCV "blob" detection.
