I’d like to report a malfunction that’s really difficult to track and
seems to strike insistently (therefore I’m sending no test patch):
midiin stopped functioning on several occasions, in which cases I had
to restart Max to get my patches to work again.
My suspicion is that it may have something to do with an opendialog
box hanging the scheduler in Leopard (I don’t remember opendialogs
hanging Tiger) with overdrive turned off. Interestingly, this won’t
happen with Open… which just causes a small hick-up when selected
from the File menu.
