buffer and MP3

Hello to everyone.
I keep on receiving an error message in the Max window that states:
buffer~ couldn?t find audio track in Movie.
what am I doing wrong?
Works perfectly with just the import message (opening the file through the open file window)
the same thing works on a
PPC, but not on my Intel (Max/MSP 4.6.3), any idea?

here is a simple patch to check
