						<p>Hi, it appears that you can&#8217;t change the background color of a numbox after you have once changed the color property.</p>
<p>Steps to reproduce:</p>
<p>1) create a new numbox<br />
2) right-click the numbox, choose color, choose a color.<br />
3) right-click the numbox, choose color, set it back to default grey<br />
4) open the numbox inspector, set background color to your favorite color (make sure it is -exactly- the color you like most)<br />
5) lock the patcher: numbox background is back to grey</p>
<p>#P flonum 94 63 35 9 0 0 0 3 0 0 0 221 221 221 222 222 222 0 0 0;</p>

<p>There must be some cached info somewhere. At any rate once you save, close, and reopen your patch you should be able to set the background color again.</p>

<p>I guess that&#8217;s a confirmation, thanks Chris. Another workaround of course is to just create a new numbox. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s only a slight glitch but can be, let&#8217;s say, not very inspiring.</p>
