Built application crash on Mac Pro. Fine on Powerbook, Macbook and Macbook Pro

August 15, 2007 | 7:38 pm

Hello,

I made an application from my patch.
it contains a custom msp object, using vectorial processing
(from #include )

This is working fine on my powerbook 10.4.10, a macbook and a macbook
pro 10.4.10. (without last security update)
The app crash on Mac Pro 10.4.10, in coreaudio (msp thread)

Does anyone has an idea about this crash?

(an audio unit built with the same code is also crashing only on Mac Pro…)

Best regards
Chris

I had this experience with a patch that contained iana~. It would work
as patch and crash as collective. First I thought it was crashing only
on Mac Intels, but I was testing the collective on Mac Intels and the
patch was fine on my PPC. It turned out that it was the fact that it was
a collective. Even the help file would crash if I made a collective out
of it…

No idea why though…
