Im currently using either cycle~ or phasor~ to go through a buffer~ and loop record the output.

The problem I'm having is that with loop recording (also when record is switched between off and on) I'm getting a clicking sound as the recording loops.

in this case if you'd post the patch rather than a tiff, we could help you more thoroughly.

the buffer (NoisyThingControl) that you're using to drive cycle~ should be used as a window ramping up from 0 (presumably to 1) and down to 0 in some fashion.
