Can I get smooth pitchbend in Live and Moog voyager RME with bendout?

It largely depends on the actual pitchbend range and can be calculated as change per step.

For example, with range -12..+12 semitones you get 24/128 = ~0.2 semitones = 20 cent.

On the other hand, with standard range -2..+2 you get 4/128 = ~0.03 semitones = 3 cent.
