Can't find certain files

I’ve been looking at some tutorial videos (which were very helpful) but can’t find the download site provided. The series was about using the Monosequencer Max midi effect.

The file name is Strato Cloud and its supposed to be some where at cycling74.com/wiki

Can someone point me to the correct location?
