cellblock: can't edit the index of a coll entry.

I get “cellblock: can’t edit the index of a coll entry” when I try to modify the coll file. How can we get rid of this?

Thanks

How are you attempting to modify it?

I’m using jit.cellblock with coll, like in the help file (subpatch [coll_connection] ) and then I use textedit to fill jit.cellblock.
Same procedure like in the [selection_stuff] subpatcher.

It sez in the help file:

“Editing of existing contents is supported, but you cannot add cells, rows or columns – this must be done with direct changes to the coll itself.”

Maybe this is the issue? Like you can’t actually fill the cellblock directly, but you have to do it thru the coll object?

And if not, paste up the patch and I’ll take a look.
