Challenge/Response Authorization Form

HI all ,

I puchased the Max/msp/jitter student offer for 9 months.

I send the code waiting for a reply. Is their reponse automatic or manual ? Will I get my response today or maybe Monday ? Is there any way to get it faster ?

It’s manual. Cycling74 doesn’t work weekends. Wait ’til Monday. :D

The problem that the free trial has expired , and I need to work on max/msp/jitter . So any suggestion please ?

When do I expect them to send it on Monday ?

don’t do an erase and re-install your challenge code may change and you’ll be further delayed.

The people at Cycling are very helpful and prompt but as was mentioned before they don’t work weekends. Be patient…

I tried to install the 4.3 , but it has some problems.

I erased it and try to reinstall it ,but as u said it didn’t work !

Shall I send to them the code again ?

What is the reason that this is not an automatic process ? weird !
