I have a phasor going from 0 to 1 over a period of 4 beats.

Is there a way to change the output so instead of 0 to 1 it outputs 0 to 0.25 for each 1 beat instead of 4?

you can use rate~ or %~ ; but wouldn't it be better if your phasor was synced to each n ; not each 4n ; for your purpose ?
