hi,

I’m sure there’s a way to change the default kbd shortcuts, but I can’t remember what it is, and I can’t find anything in the docs.

I want to change the default option-command E (for Presentation Mode) to command P (as I already have it on my other mac). How the heck do I do this?

thanks

David

Isn’t it like any other shortcut on mac ? Go to Mac system preferences>shortcut>Applications>type in exactly the command you want (as written in the menu) and set up your new shortcut

Hope this helps

open it in a text editor. You will have to find the “Presentation” entry and change the “shortcut”. This file is rather fragile, so edit at your own risk.

on a per-patch basis you can also do “presentation $1″ to [thispatcher]. so for command-P you’d need both [key] and [modifiers] to test, I think, unless [key] spits out a unique value for command-P, which it probably does… in that case, just [key].
