Chromakey scale/positioning

Hi list,

I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I managed to chromakey a man walking from one corner to the other corner of a room, and now I want to position this man into the matrix, and change his size while he walks from one side to the other. The image of the man was recorded in a small room and if my background is a bigger room the image of the man doesn’t fit into the room. The idea is to scale and locate the same man in the matrix according with the background I have
I’ve been walking in circles and was wondering if anyone could help with any idea

thanks very much

hey toni -

take a look at jit.rota object (the help file and/or the tutorial). you
should be able to use it to position the man accurately in the room by
using a series of zoom_x, zoom_y, offset_x and offset_y messages.

That was very good Jeremy..
Working good, thanks very much.
I was wondering if is there a way to link X / Y values from a motion tracking could be applied to distort the shape of and object, like sending info to 3D max or Maya to distort. Or perhaps if its possible to affect the geometry of a object in openGL.
if it is, is it possible to do real time?
Thanks so much!!
