Clicking and other horrible noises with the wave~ object

Hi guys I was playing around with the Relooper Redux patch and adding to it when I noticed that the wave~ object was adding some very prominent clicks and other weird sounds when it was enabled.

Can anyone explain why this is and how to go about getting rid of the aforementioned sounds?

Sorry there were a few basic errors in the first one. The sound quality is better in this version however the clicks and noises are still present at higher cut values…

Is there a reason why you use a buffer filled with the same wave as a
phasor~? You could simply get rid of wave~ and use the phasor~ directly…
The [/~ 1.] is probably only there to eat CPU cycles you’ve left over,
but that doesn’t work, it will be optimized automatically to do nothing
as its supposed to do… ;-)

I guess what you really wanted to do is play the drum buffer with wave~
(or play~ or groove~), index~ doesn’t interpolate…
