I'm getting this in old and new patches. I just updated to 5.1.0 (41208) It was happening in 5.08 aswell.

probably you have another coll thing in your search path... delete/rename it (not Max5/Cycling '74/max-externals/coll.mxo - that's the right one!) and try again...

Aaah yess..I had named a preset text file coll bij accident in one of the paths.
