Collective objects missing

Hey all, I’m trying to build a collective for a max project and I’m constantly dealing with specific objects missing in the build. They aren’t even unique objects, things like [waveform~] and [dial]. I’ve attached a picture of the problem.

I experienced this (or similar) problem long time ago on PC and with Max 5.x. Never with Mac and Max 6.x. I remember, I was copying missing objects manually…

More information might be helpful. Max version? Platform? are you building from a project? If it’s a consistently reproducible problem, you can always explicitly include the externals in your build script….

Ah sorry, it’s the latest version of Max on a MacBook Pro OS X 10.9.2.

What do those objects look like in file type? Are they .maxdefines? or maxref.xml?

I’m also pretty sure I had something like this happen awhile back in Max 6. I *think* the issue was on the Runtime side. It was pretty random, though. Haven’t seen it in awhile. Sorry, not much help…
