i was browsing through forums trying to find a way to send messages through a local network between two pc’s and ran into udpsend/receive objects but max doesnt recognize them :

• error: udpreceive: No such object
• error: udpsend: No such object

i apologize for my newbieness but im not sure if these are external objects or if there is another problem.

also, if there is another/better way to do this would be grateful for any info. i’m using input from two different webcams to control video output, hence i need two computers..

You might want to download 4.6.3 which is a free update from 4.5.7.
