I have this big page of Stuff that i've moved around/created to make visually appealing in Presentation Mode. Because of how that was created in various phases and copy/pasting &c, it looks like a huge garbled mess in Patcher Mode.

Is there a way to take the visible objects i have in Presentation Mode and convert their position en masse to Patcher Mode? I'll still have the patch cords and some hidden things to deal with, but it would be much much less than moving everything around to match where it now currently resides in Presentation Mode.

You could do that fairly easily using patcher scripting in JavaScript with something like this (untested, browser coding):

{
  this.patcher.apply(cleanup);
}

function cleanup(Obj)
{
  if (Obj) {
    var tmp = obj.getattr("presentation_rect");
    obj.setattr("patching_rect", tmp);
  }
  return true;
}
