Conway's

Is there a way to get some data from the conway’s game of life?
I’d like to use it as a generative controller

have you looked at [jit.conway] ?
perhaps you can be a bit more specific ?

ciao,

Joost.

I did.
I’d like to use the data produced by the game (numbers).
I have little experience with jitter while I have years of experience with max.

perhaps you should look at

jit.spill (get list of all values in matrix of values of a part of the
matrix)
jit.3m (seond outlet is mean of matrix values)
jit.histogram

for somebody like you I’d recommend the jit.overview.pat hidden away in
the examples somewhere: gives you a place to start looking…

good luck,

Joost.
