I'm attempting to copy the contents of a buffer~ into a portion of another buffer~. Basically what I want to do is create a recording in one buffer and the transfer it to a section of another, ending up with a buffer whose contents is a sequence of recorded loops. So the composite buffer~ containing all the loops might contain loop1 from 0ms to 1000ms, loop2 from 1000ms to 1500ms, etc... I've tried using mxj buf.Op, however it appears that you can't specify a portion of the buffer to copy it into - it just copies it to the named buffer and resizes the buffer to the length of the new section you've copied. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated!
