hi there , since a few weeks ago my max 4.6 is opening automaticaly when i start up the mac

and max 5 crashes sometimes, and it very slow when i launch it

hey, sounds like maybe you have it set as a login item.. its somewhere in system preferences i think (login items). if you search it in spotlight it should show up.

have you tried trashing your preferences? that seems to help repeated crashing sometimes.
