cross grade – how much?

hi there,
excuse my for this unimportand post perhaps. i just didn´t find the price of a crossgrade from max5 to max for live if i had ableton live. i searched pretty long, believe me. i already own max5 and i want to have live, max for live and the apc 40. there are bundles ev´rywhere with two of these three. just need to know the cheapest combination. if anybody knows, thanks.
