Crossfading between more than 2 matrix's

I know xfade only works with two inputs but is it possible to make it work with more. Or is there anything that can.
I dont so much want to overlay 4 diffrent videos on each other rather i want it so i can have a possible 4 diffrent videos overlaying the main video.
Either that is there some sorta jitter gate object so that the xfade only gets a signal when one is coming through

You can just use a normal switch (or gate) in jitter as well.
Example below allows you to fade between main and a selected other source.

The if object sets the fade to 0. (only main source) whenever there is no alternative input. It also turns the fade back on when there is.

You could also mix between multiple video’s by using more jit.xfades inline…
