cut a recorded buffer in multiples parts?

cut a recorded buffer in multiples parts?

hi everybody
i would create a patch to record a buffer and just after cut this in multiple equal parts to play each part randomly….
i would use few play~ object with differents points of playing but apparently don’t working
somebody can help me ?
