I have a video of backlit creamy fluid, some parts are totally white and another are totally black, in the middle are yellow.(black -> yellowscale

There are a lot of blobs, I dont' understand how to "capture" and use data.

how to translate black to low pitch and use the same thing for "yellowscale" and white.(white high pitch)

the intensity will be correlate about the quantity of (black -> yellowscale
