I just installed Cyclops141_for_Max61 in packages but when I run it I get these errors:

"You are using an older version of 'cyclops' (0.0.0) than was shipped with Max 6.1.6.

Please verify your installation and your search paths."

I moved the package to trash and tried again in case there was another version of cyclops lurking somewhere, but then I just get:

 the wrong version? Is it a Mavericks issue?

(os x 10.9.1; Max 6.1.6; Macbook Pro retina)

So is the download at https://cycling74.com/downloads/cyclops/ the wrong version? Is it a Mavericks issue?

Same problem for me, including total crash of Max:

"You are using an older version of ‘cyclops’ (0.0.0) than was shipped with Max 6.1.8.

If I try to use cyclops video window with doubleclick in a block, the window Edit zone appears blank and then Max crashs.

I'm using an older MacBook with MAC OS 10.6.8, Cyclops 1.4.1

I worked with older versions of Cyclops: no problems like this.

Cyclops with Max 6.1:
Error message:

I found my mistake: I opened an older patch in Max 6.1.8 and - although there is in the packages the newer cyclops version - an older version of cyclops was used.

I had to remove the jit.cyclops object in the patch and make a new one.
