hey, i'm relatively new to Max and very new to the Cyclops object. i have been having difficulties getting Cyclops to recognise my DV camera via fire wire. The camera is picked up in external programs(ie premier) as well as in the recommended winVDIG software. but when running Cyclops in max I receive error msg: 

any ideas or help would be extremely appreciated...
